Jed and his team were unfailingly helpful throughout our drawn-out tile selection and fitting date arrangement, supported by a very well-equipped and appointed showroom with ample samples available to take away for as long as we liked…and we did. Communication was always fast and personal, and they were extremely flexible and patient in accommodating our late -stage changes to installation dates to suit our kitchen fitting changes. The floor preparation and the tile laying processes were carried out quickly and with expertise. We were very happy with the result and were very impressed by the quality of the tile cutting-in, tile pattern layout and after care advice. In summary, a high-quality of service carried out by a professional team who we would highly recommend.

Berwicks had a huge selection to choose from and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful throughout. Their fitters were without doubt the best we've ever had. They made a great job of laying the carpets and left everything very tidy. This was the first time we've used Berwicks and we certainly won't be going anywhere else the next time we need floor coverings.
